Early bird registration is now open for the IMA Conference 2026, taking place June 7–9 in Windsor, ON. Each year, the IMA Conference brings together assessment and taxation professionals from across Canada for practical learning, thoughtful discussion, and meaningful professional connection. In 2026, we return in person with a program designed to reinforce what already makes the profession strong—sound judgment, shared experience, and a commitment to professional excellence.
The municipal property assessment and taxation profession is strong. It is grounded in experience, professional standards, and public trust. A Time to Strengthen Our Practice reflects a moment to build on that strong foundation—to sharpen skills, share what’s working across jurisdictions, and invest in the professional confidence and consistency that support effective practice today and into the future.
Attending your first IMA Conference? We’re offering special first-timer rates to welcome new attendees and make it easier to be part of this national gathering of assessment and taxation professionals.
The First-Time Attendee rate is available to individuals who have not previously attended an IMA Annual Conference.
This rate is limited to first-time conference attendees only. The IMA reserves the right to verify eligibility and adjust registrations if the criteria are not met.

Refund Policy
On or before May 29: Refunds available, less a $50 administrative fee.
After May 29: No refunds will be issued due to hotel and event commitments.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Substitutions may be permitted; please contact the IMA office for details.
